GUM SONIC toothbrushes feature a vibrative movement up to 13,500 cycles/minute to gently clean teeth and stimulate gums. Bi-level bristles with extra thin tips at one end (GUM SONIC DAILY) and at both ends (GUM SONIC SENSITIVE) access hard-to-reach areas and SONIC vibrations gently move them from side to side to help dislodge plaque.

GUM SONIC DAILY and GUM SONIC SENSITIVE have different bristles softness and their tips design. These characteristics define their different indications:

• GUM SONIC DAILY has soft bristles with extra thin tips at one end for optimal care of teeth and gums, providing 50% more efficacy in reaching between the teeth & removing 47x more plaque below the gumline[1].

Yes, it is exactly the same toothbrush. The product name and packaging were upgraded to facilitate your selection of the toothbrush adapted to your needs. 

We have recently introduced GUM SONIC SENSITIVE toothbrush with ultra soft bristles which was specifically designed for sensitive teeth and gums. It delivers an ultra gentle, yet effective clean.

Apply a small amount of toothpaste on the brush head. Insert the brush head inside the mouth. Turn on the brush pressing at the upper central button. Use the same brushing technique as with a manual toothbrush without applying any additional force.

GUM SONIC toothbrushes were not designed for children under 3 years old.  Keep reach out of children. Small parts represent a choking hazard. For children 3 years and older, use under adult supervision only.

Yes, you can. However, please be aware that each battery is different. We can only guaranty long lasting usage - up to 3 months[3] with battery that was provided together with a toothbrush. 

Only 1 AAA alkaline battery is needed for GUM SONIC toothbrushes.

If used with battery provided together with GUM SONIC toothbrush, product performance lasts up to 3 months[3]. Using another battery may impact this duration.

1 Energizer® AAA alkaline battery is provided together with GUM SONIC battery toothbrushes. Energizer® is a registered trademark of Energizer Brands.

1. Holding base, pull off head.

2. Place new head on base and push down. Replace only with GUM SONIC refill heads.

1. Remove the brush head.

2. Remove the current silver ring by lifting it up.

3. Select a new ring in your favourite colour and slide it on the handle. Make sure the ring is placed correctly on the handle (see leaflet) and there is no space between parts.

4. Place the head on base and push down.

1. Turn and pull down handle base.

2. Replace with one new AAA alkaline battery.

3. When replacing battery, follow symbols on the bottom part for correct positioning.

4. Close the container and dispose the battery according to local regulations.

It is recommended to change your toothbrush head every 3 months or when bristles start to flare out.

Please check if the battery is properly inserted in the toothbrush or try a new battery. If the problem still occurs, please contact us. 

Yes, it has a standard 2 years of warranty valid since the date of its purchase.
